Payment conditions: Payments are made by bank transfer in EURO, USD or Russian rubles

Visa support: To secure your visa support (official letter of invitation) please, send your request and passport's copy by February 1, 2008 latest.

Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of 500 EURO will be applied to all sponsor packages cancelled 31 days or more prior the event. No refund will be issued 30 days or fewer priors to the event. All cancellations must be in writing.
