Two biofuel plants to be built in Kazakhstan

The AO "National company "Foodstuff contract corporation" plans to build in 2009-2011 a bioethanol complex in the north of the republic The complex will offer the production capacity of 100 thou t bioethanol and 34 thou t gluten a year.

In 2011-2013 the biodiesel enterprise will be constructed producing up to 100 thou t fuel. Kazakhstan is constantly rising the raps growing area. In 2008 the culture will occupy 235.4 thou ha, 37.9 % more than in previous year.
