OOO “Biochim” – the new biotechnological complex
A large delegation composed of the Omsk government and Omsk parliament representatives, directors of diverse industrial branches located on the North Kazakhstan region have visited the new complex of biotechnology enterprises OOO "Biochim".
This complex emerged as the combined Russian - Kazakh joint project realized by the Omsk OOO "Titan" company group and TOO "Basko". This unique enterprise constructed in the town of Tayinsha can turn out 57 000 t of bioethanol through the deep wheat processing.. Bioethanol is the new raw material to make gasoline. This kind of fuel is ecologically preferable because it reduces harmful exhaustes generated during gas combustion.
The complex includes also the elevator, mill and multiple additional structures with the overall value of $ 100 mln. It is planned to build the same complex in Omsk as well, therefore the interst od Omsk specialists.

Is the project already started? When is it going to be established? my plant desgin diploma based on biodiesels from crops and etc... was wondering if it is possible to apply for any bioethanol producing plant in Kazakstan for student internship for 3 months sumer time...
