EurasiaBIO Issues Call for Presentation Proposals for 2008 EurasiaBIO International Convention

MOSCOW, Russia (August 11, 2007) — The EurasiaBIO invites leaders in the spheres of science, finance, business, law, and government policy to submit proposals for presentation at the EurasiaBio International Conference, to be held April 22-25, 2008, at the Moscow's Expocentr Convention and Exhibition Center.

The EurasiaBIO International Conference will be the number one resource for the latest information and the newest opportunities for executives, investors, scientists, policy leaders, and journalists from Russia & CIS countries, as we as from around the world. Speakers at the sessions will share breakthroughs in medicine, diagnostics, the environment, energy production, food and agriculture, and more.

Applications for presentations will only be accepted by email at speakers@eurasiabio.org. The application process opens today and closes on Monday, January 8, 2008.

The convention will feature numerous breakout sessions in 20 educational session tracks, including bioenergy, biodefense; clinical research/clinical trials; devices and diagnostics; drug discovery and development; emerging company issues; finance; food and agriculture; industrial and environmental; intellectual property/legal; manufacturing; nanotechnology; technology transfer/licensing and other key business areas for doing biotech and renewable energy business globally.

All proposals will be reviewed by staff, the EurasiaBio Program Committee composed of industry professionals. Applicants will be notified of the status of their presentation proposal beginning early February 2008.
