Payment conditions: Payments are made by bank transfer in US dollars or Russian rubles.

Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to participants who cancel their attendance more then 16 days before the event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation was sent less than 16 days prior the event. Replacement of the registered participant is possible anytime without additional charge.

Visa support: All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. Russian entry visas can be obtained at local Russian Embassy or Consulate, proper authorization (invitation) from the Passport and Visa Department (UVIR) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or specially authorized travel agencies is required.
