1. Can you give me some general information on exhibiting at the EurasiaBIO Congress & Expo 2009

   EurasiaBio-2009 features exhibit space for sponsors and non-sponsors.

   All booths will be located in the main EurasiaBio Congress area.
   
   Minimal booth space measures 4 sqm and costs USD 2,088 (before February 15, 2009) or USD 2,448 (after 15, 2009) and includes the following:

    • Carpeting

    • Standard set of equipment and power supply

    • Back and partition panels including inscription on the frieze (15 symbols, the length beyond is paid additionally)

    • Online listing

    • Logo and description of your company featured in the EXPO Cataloque

    • Exhibitor ribbon will be affixed to name badge of each company representative

    • 1 exhibitor registration for booth personnel

   For all exhibiting companies at least one full registration is obligatory.

   We have limited exhibiting spaces and they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
