Becoming an exhibitor

Do you intend to represent your company, products, technology at EXPO "EurasiaBio-2009" ?

You can proceed the following way:

1) Register your participation at the exhibition submitting the on line Registration form on this website

2) You will receive a confirmation via email.

3) Fill in by hand the Application form (for exhibit space booking) in order to detail technical data concerning the booked exhibit space. Sign and email it at congres@eurasiabio.org or send by fax +7(495)648-0913. You can see a sample of filling in of the Application form here. After submitting this Application form you will be contacted by our representatives in order to precise all technical matters

4) Pay the invoice you get shortly after your registration according to the conditions presented on this page

5) Send via email congress@eurasiabio.org  the logo of you company (Corel Draw format) to be placed in the Exhibition Catalogue, as well as the list of personnel who will work at the booth and must be accredited and get their passes. Please, give the full name of your company/organization as well as full names and positions of employees.

Variants of participation in the exhibition

1) Presentation of products/technologies/services/ products samples/information, advertising materials on a standard equipped booth. The kind of the booth, its size, location and additional equipment required (if necessary) are determined when filling in the Registration and Application forms.

2) Presentation of information and advertising materials (products samples) within an unequipped space. The placement of your own banner/stand is possible (the size to be agreed). The overall space, location and additional equipment required (if necessary) are determined when filling in the Registration and Application forms.

3) The mutual participation of several companies/organizations on the same booth (collective stand). The Registration form is to be filled in by the principal participant (responsible for the booth) while the Application form for exhibit space booking should be filled by each company sharing the collective booth. The type of the booth, overall space, location and additional equipment required (if necessary) are determined when filling the Registration and Application forms.

Equipped space (booth):
- Minimal booth space measures 4 sqm,
- Overall space (when more then minimal) has to be multiplied by 3, that is 6, 9, 12 sqm, etc.

Unequipped space:
- Minimal space measures 2 sqm
- Bigger space has to be multiplied by 2.

Deadline for submission of Applications for exhibit space booking: March 25.
Late Applications will be admitted if only the free exhibit space is available.

The Registration fee (basic) includes the following:

- Participation in the Partnering process in scope of the Congress and EXPO "EurasiaBio-2009"

The Registration fee (additional) includes the following:

- Accreditation of 1 person (1 pass, invitation to the evening reception)

- Participation in the Partnering process in scope of the Congress and EXPO "EurasiaBio-2009"

Collective Booth

The basic registration fee is to be paid for 1 person of principal (responsible) company of the collective booth. The registration fee for other personnel of the Collective booth is to be paid as additional registration fee rate. The names and contacts of the companies sharing the collective booth will be placed in the Exhibition Catalogue. The information about principal (responsible) company will be presented in the Exhibition Catalogue fully, as it has been submitted in the Registration form.
Each company of the collective booth will get one Exhibition Catalogue.

1) 50% discount of exhibit space booking and registration fee is provided for accredited participants of the Exhibition intended to take part (fully or partially) in the 2nd International Congress "EurasiaBio-2009". They should submit on line Congress Registration form on this website.

2) 50% discount of exhibit space booking and registration fee is provided for accredited participants of the Exhibition intended to take part (fully or partially) in the 4nd International Congress "Bioethanol-2009". They should submit on line Congress Registration form on the website http://www.bioethanol.ru

3) 15% discount of exhibit space booking and registration fee is provided for Research Institutes and Non-profit organizations

4) Companies with 2 full paying delegates of the 2nd International Congress "EurasiaBio-2009" will receive a 15% discount of the price of participation in EXPO "EurasiaBio-2009" (booking of exhibition space and registration fee).

5) All accredited exhibition participants get a free of charge access to the Partnering process in scope of "EurasiaBio-2009" Congress and EXPO. The Partnering presents the unique instrument of the effective search for partners, establishing business connections, organization of meeting according to customized schedule within the entire congress and exhibition.

Payments

All payments are made by bank transfer based on the invoices before March 25, 2009.
The invoices will be in USD, but you could transfer any currency using appropriate exchange rate. The invoices are payable within 15 business days.

Cancellation policy

To receive a refund (minus the registration fee) cancellations must be sent in writing not later than February 25, 2009, to Tatiana Gaeva at tatiana.gaeva@eurasiabio.org.  Refunds will be processed after "EurasiaBio-2009". No refunds will be issued if cancellation was sent after February 25, 2009. Independent of cancellation the information about company will be presented in the Exhibition Catalogue and one copy of Catalogue will be delivered to the company by post.
