Terms of CONGRESS Registration Policy

"EurasiaBio-2009" will attract a wide range of business leaders, including senior executives of leading biotech companies, business development teams from large and mid-size biotech companies, researchers, investors and other industry experts.

Variants of participation in the Congress:

- an invited speaker
- a speaker

How to participate ?

1) Read this page with Terms of participation, define your form and scale of participation (full or partial) and fill in the online Registration form on this website.

2) Submit the Registration form which is the basis for billing. You will receive a confirmation immediately.

4) You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment shortly after your registration. The invoice will be in USD, but you could transfer any currency using appropriate exchange rate. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.

Speakers

The speakers in the scope of the Congress Program are invited by the Organizing Committee. The invited speakers are exempt from paying the registration fee.
If you didn't get such an invitation but you are interested in making a report or presentation focused on any topic of the Congress Program you should fill in the Application form (download the Application form) and email it at congress@eurasiabio.org or send by fax +7 (495) 648-0913.

The speakers selected for a report/presentation will be notified by Organizing Committee about their assigned presentation slot. The selected speakers aren't charged for the report/presentation.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 1st, 2009.
A speaker can participate (fully or partially) in all the Congress events on the common basis submitting the online Registration form on this website.

All reports and presentations in the scope of the Congress Program will be published and included on the "EurasiaBio" Congress CD.

All speakers should submit to the Organizer Committee (congress@eurasiabio.org ) the following materials:

Mat4.erials received after deadlines will not be published and included on the "EurasiaBio" Congress CD. However all materials will be published in the password-protected section of the "Eurasiabio" website.

Multiple attendee discounts

1). Companies with 3 full paying delegates will receive 1 complimentary ticket for the 4th attendee of that company.

2). Companies with 2 full paying delegates will receive a 15% discount of the price of participation in EXPO "EurasiaBio-2009" (booking of exhibition space and registration fee).

Your Registration fee includes:

- Full 4 days (or partial) access to all events in the scope of the Congress program with all coffee breaks and Reception
- Access to the "EurasiaBio-2009" exhibition halls (will be open April 13-17, 2009 at the same venue)
- Access to the 4-th International Congress "Bioethanol-2009" (will be held April 14-15, 2009 at the same venue)
- Participation in the Partnering process
- Congress attendee's Bag
- Published Congress materials (abstracts/reports/presentations)
- Congress CD (abstracts/reports/presentations/biotech companies presentations) .

Biotech Company Presentation Application

Selected biotechnology companies interested in presenting and partnering technologies or products, co-marketing arrangements, or looking for investors are invited to present at "EurasiaBio-2009".

Presentations last 10 minutes for midsize and 15 minutes for big companies. The presentation should focus on the following issues:
- Company overview, including a company products on the market
- Key technologies
- Products development
- Existing alliances
- Type of alliance sought

A special experts committee will choose the presenters. Selection will be based on the interests of biotechnology companies, consistency with "EurasiaBio-2009" topics and the "licensability" of products or technologies.

Deadline for submission of Biotech Company applications to present: March 01, 2009.

Presenting biotech companies will be notified by: mid March.

Companies selected for a presentation will receive an invoice shortly after they have been notified about their assigned presentation slot.

Payments

All payments are made by bank transfer based on the invoices or by credit card.
The invoices will be in USD, but you could transfer any currency using appropriate exchange rate. The invoices are payable within 15 business days.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to participants who cancel their attendance more then 16 days before the event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation was sent less than 16 days prior the event. Replacement of the registered participant is possible anytime without additional charge.
